Background Information
Reilly
Telecom Inc. is an affordable, full service, business telephone system supplier and
service organization. Jim Reilly started the company in 1989.
Jim
has worked as a technician/Installer in the Telecom industry since 1980, with
small firms as well as large national communications companies specializing in
the installation and service of Telecom and data communications systems.
Equipment included Avaya/Lucent/AT&T, Northern Telecom, and NEC.
Reilly
Telecom was initially a service organization, working for larger companies as an
independent contractor. In 1992, Bill Reilly, formerly a division Vice President
and General manager for AMF, joined the company as business and sales manager.
The company started selling, installing and servicing equipment independently.
The primary equipment lines are Avaya/Lucent, NEC, and Northern Telecom.
An Avaya authorized reseller, Reilly Telecom Inc. has offices in North Haven, Wallingford and Madison with a customer base of over 15,000 telephones statewide servicing Government,
Manufacturing, Banking and small businesses of all types.
In addition to telephone equipment sales and service, the company offers a wide variety of Computer Networking, High Speed Structured Wiring Systems, Fiber Optic Cabling, Voice Processing Systems, and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) products from CallWare Technologies, Key Voice Technologies, Microsoft, and Novell. |
