Training
Reilly Telecom has a fully developed training center located in North Haven, Connecticut. We offer a one-week Basic System Administration training seminar covering everything from starting with a system that has no information in it to a fully functional and practical system within that week. All aspects of the system are fully covered, and it is all hands-on training on real, not simulated, Definity, Legend/Magix and Partner systems. You will get the actual touch and feel of the system hardware, not only the software.

The training is suitable for both client administrators and field technicians. The training covers system setup, stations, trunks, groups, lists, ARS, Audix, etc., and includes training manuals, workbook and most importantly, one-year of ongoing "refresher" calls to our facility to help digest the information over that time, not just cramming it all in during the one week.

Additionally, there is an Advanced System Administration seminar covering topics pertinent to those clients who manage their systems to a higher level of technical capacity. It will include TCP/IP connectivity. And then there is the Call-Center seminar covering all aspects necessary to implement, administer and operate a sophisticated Call-Center.

UPGRADE & RECONDITIONING OF AVAYA SYSTEMS

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT. Staffed by Avaya-trained specialists, we service only           Avaya manufactured PBXs.  We provide maintenance support with two plans: a formal prepaid Maintenance Agreement, and informally “as-required’.

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS.  We have a complete stock of spares for each equipment type which we service.  PBX status is remotely monitored and immediate fault-corrective action is taken.   Additionally, we have functioning PBX switches to provide rapid disaster recovery (fire, flood, etc.). Reilly Telecom Maintenance Agreements (24hr,7days/week) are typically priced 20% lower than Avaya (8hr, 5days/week).
